Jackson Area

Need some recent reports from the Jackson area CHEECH ...GRIZZ?? anyone been there recently? Taking my 13 yr old nephew to the area for his first flyfishing venture the beginning of August. Would like to keep the hiking to 5 miles round trip. Any info would help havent been to Jackson in 3 or 4 years. On a side note I will be traveling thru Vernal area then up to Jackson. Any ideas on areas, fishing and camping wise, in between would be appreciated.
