I have heard that one of the best flies on the Uinta River is called the Moser.
Do any of you know how the pattern is tied?

It's a very old wet fly pattern. Tied with acetone floss(spelling) with a orange or yellow body, and a black floss strip as a shell back. You than dip this in pure acetone and it creates a hard body. After it sets, you finish the fly with two white duck feathers as wings(cut to size) and brown hackle in classis wet fly style.

I pretty sure that it was all black with a white wing. Its an old Doc Olsen fly, Here is a thread with some info on the floss.
