Any hunters/tiers

Hey anyone that hunts for deer on this forum.... Have any of you guys kept hair and such for tying material?? If so, what did you keep/how did you go about keeping it?

I have deer elk and moose. I tanned the hide it wasnt ment to be fly tying material but they seem to be getting smaller all the time. On the other hand it will be a long time before they are totally gone.

Don't hunt deer but do hunt quail. I use the neck feathers for soft hackle stuff and I use the wing feathers for other stuff.
