Actually, the entire book can be downloaded for free, one chapter at a time. That's what I did, and it's pretty quick unless you have dial-up. The chapters are in .PDF format, which makes them easy to print double-sided, and the page numbers even carry on from one chapter to the next. There is even a downloadable front and back cover, and a table of contents. I had mine spiral bound at Office Depot for a couple of dollars, and it makes a really nice entomology reference, or so it seems to me.
