Spent the weekend sippin' Pete's Wicked Ale and taking fat 12"-16" browns on dries Sat & Sun. 4 Wt. and 7x made for some excitment. Nobody else fishing....NOBODY! Rained pretty good Sat morning then cleared noonish til about 3pm when it started coming down in buckets again. Got soaked but fish were going OFF during downpour! Sunday morning truck was covered in ICE from the rain. Once the sun came into the canyon warmed up fast. Blue skies and trout still sipping on dries. One of the best outings ever on The Creek.
