Antimony or Santa Clara

I'm working in Vegas and want to drive up and fish S. Utah next weekend. Having done some research I find Antimony Creek in the Dixie Nat. Forest or the Santa Clara above Pine Valley Res. both look interesting. Anyone have input on which one might be better in terms of flow this time of year (july), where there are fish and where I might hike in and not run into lots of competition? Thanks
