Cork rings

So Im going to build my daughter a rod for her birthday. I've always bought grips, but I want to make this extra special so I want to buy some rings so I can turn her grip to fit her smaller hand. Where is the best place to get a hold of some rings? And what glue do you use to glue the rings together?
