I was wondering if you or do you know someone that raises them?

I don't raise them but I know where a guy is who does.
On HWY 89 as you go from I-15 over to I-84, on the north side of the road is a place that sells fruit in the fall, Cherries, and other stuff, but he keeps peacocks and geese and other animals.
no recommendation, just FYI.

Dude,

If you are going to raise a Peacock in Hyrum, you're going to have some pissed off neighbors when this bird calls out at 4 AM "MEEEAAAAAAAW MEEEAAAAAAAW!!!!"

the majestic call of the peafowl.

A neighborfriend of mine used to keep ~ 3 cocks in his flock of 6-10 (depending on the level of dog activity in our neighborhood). I was visiting him a few years ago and saw that he had a garbage can stuffed with feathers, I still haven't used all of what he gave me...

Alas, the morning call is no more as he sold them to another friend up the road.

Steeliesonafly gave me a whole handful of the peacock tail feathers. Not sure where he got 'em from, but he had a mess of 'em!

Go to tracy aviary and find that one guy that got busted. I am sure he still has a couple feathers stuck to his crotch.

It's not the tails I want, Bruce Staples showed us a good use for the small body feathers and that is what I am looking for.

There's a small heard of em up bares canyon above fruit heights. Summer time they have been spotted all the way up at the towers. I think they broke loose from lagoon a few years ago. They have really been taking care of the rattle snake problem in that canyon.
